Here’s a card I ran across that I never shared. This was designed by Lalia Harris for a team meeting where everyone designed a card and prepped enough for the other attendees.
I really like the technique that this card showcases. The flowers (from a past Stamp of the Month) were stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed in white. Then we used sponge daubers to ink Sunset and Creme Brulee ink over the image, which resisted the ink. The edges of the strip of paper were distressed with an Edge Distresser to add more texture. And it was finished off with a few Bitty Sparkles.
The end result is a clean and simple card with lots of visual interest!
Thanks, Lalia!
