How adorable is this chevron birthday card? I made it for my sister-in-law and I have to say it’s one of my all-time favorite cards. (And hers, too!)
The card base was cut with the new Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge. I still can’t get enough of that cart! The word bubbles are one of my most-used cuts from the Artiste Cricut collection.
I played with a new CTMH stamp set called Lovely Birthday. And it is lovely to play with. It’s only $9.95 and is a very versatile set–several images that work for anytime, not just birthdays!
Here it is opened up. I opted to cover the back panel of the card instead of putting the pattern on the front panel. This didn’t give me much writing space, but that was okay with me. I knew my SIL would appreciate the cool effect. In order to give me some writing room I put the same word bubble on the inside front panel and the outside, but backwards. You could always write on the back of the card if you needed to.
These “have a happy day” and berries stamps are from new set called…wait for it… Have a Happy Day 🙂 Another super versatile set!
Did you know that Artfully Sent also cuts envelopes and matching envelope liners?! I love the bracket-shaped flap on this envelpe, and the hot pink is a liner.
Look how cute the outside of the envelope is…I spruced it up with one of CTMH’s adorable new stamp sets, Happy Mail. It’s so fun for your envelopes to look cute even when they arrive in the mailbox!
Here’s another envelope that CTMH made and decorated with this same stamp set.
Thanks for visiting, happy stamping!
